No commitment. No tie-in. At Sw3at, we’re a mixed bunch of people from all sorts of backgrounds. The only requirement to join us is an enthusiasm for positive personal change.
Meet with your own personal fitness coach to have a chat, set goals, and devise strategies for achieving them.
We’ll look at your current movement range in terms of resistance and flexibility. We’ll tell you how to improve and avoid injury during exercise.
So much of fitness depends on your habits outside of the gym. Our expert nutritional advice helps you get the most out of your workouts.
Our classes are small – just 6 people – and you’ll have access to three coaches classes of your choice. HIIT and strength classes are very popular.
We’ll help you achieve best practice in your body’s form during classes to maximise benefits and reduce the risk of injury.
We’re always here to help when you need fitness advice. Just drop by or give us a ring if you experience any problems between classes.
Our 2-week trial is currently on offer for £40. It will give you a taste of what being part of our welcoming and highly-motivated community is like. You’ll get three exercise classes, plus a personalised fitness assessment, to empower you to crush your fitness goals.
You’ll be asked to complete a very short application form so we can find out a bit more about what you need.
