People come to us to help them transform their bodies, which improves their minds, and their lives. 

Our 6-person group fitness classes are personalised and in-depth. We cover all aspects of health and fitness. We assess where you are now, take into account any medical issues, come up with a fitness plan, and also advise on nutrition. 

Guidance from knowledgeable coaches means you won’t feel lost. We’re here to advise you on what you need to do, how to exercise safely and effectively, and explain exactly why what we’re recommending is beneficial.

The way our members support each other on their mutual fitness journeys is incredible. You’ll be motivated as part of a community of people pushing themselves further than they thought possible.

OUR 2 WEEK TRIAL INCLUDES:

 

Goal setting strategy session

Meet with your own personal fitness coach to have a chat, set goals, and devise strategies for achieving them. 

FULL MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT

We’ll look at your current movement range in terms of resistance and flexibility. We’ll tell you how to improve and avoid injury during exercise. 

NUTRITIONAL ADVICE

So much of fitness depends on your habits outside of the gym. Our expert nutritional advice helps you get the most out of your workouts. 

 

ACCESS TO ALL CLASS TYPES

Our classes are small – just 6 people – and you’ll have access to three coaches classes of your choice. HIIT and strength classes are very popular. 

FORM BEST PRACTICE

We’ll help you achieve best practice in your body’s form during classes to maximise benefits and reduce the risk of injury.

ON-GOING SUPPORT

We’re always here to help when you need fitness advice. Just drop by or give us a ring if you experience any problems between classes.

Our 2-week trial is currently on offer for £40. It will give you a taste of what being part of our welcoming and highly-motivated community is like. You’ll get three exercise classes, plus a personalised fitness assessment, to empower you to crush your fitness goals.
