HOW DOES HIIT TRAINING HELP?

Short on time? That’s why we’re here. No one really wants to run on a treadmill for an hour when you can burn more calories in 15 minutes of HIIT training. Our 45 minute structured classes ensure you will push yourself to the limit, whilst making improvements on your endurance, mental well being, strength and focus from class to class. At Sw3at we believe in community and everyone working together as a team. We are all in this together!
