What does this class include?

This is where technique is crucial for you to be able to achieve the results you are looking for and to avoid injury. Working all of the major muscle groups. You should expect a combination of Interval based movement training and circuits. Lifting, pumping and bench pressing barbells, dumbbells and pretty much anything heavy to give you a well defined and enhanced physique.

A note to anyone hesitant to try strength training - Please don’t be. Following our structure you will NOT bulk out. Done alongside HIIT and following the correct nutritional plan you will tighten the areas you are looking to change fast, creating lean muscle tissue as well as strengthening your bones. Weight training can also raise a person's metabolic rate for as long as 12 hours after exercising.
